Rosalia
Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is an Spanish Flamenco and pop artist from Spain. From her teens she has been active in pop music and flamenco. She also explores other music genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. Her voice is called by a greater musician than flamenco Pepe Habichuela as crystal clear and smooth, yet having a punch similar to the older versions. El Mal Querer, her sequel album to Los Angeles in 2017, has been a huge critical and commercial success. It was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums Chart and earned her the Grammy. The hit single La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. This was her third lengthy-player. Motomami has collaborations on songwriting with a variety of producers and artists like Cory Henry and James Blake. It was released March 2022 after a live appearance of the song Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was solo for the first time on the live show on Saturday Night. In addition to winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia, she also became the first woman to win this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
